Role Description

Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a GCC Customer Service Representative – Intermediate for their Austin, TX/Remote location.

• Responsible for resolving customer issues from beginning to end.
• Works with internal organizations to resolve customer requests, including, but not limited to:
  • Field engineer
  • Logistics
  • Order Fulfilment
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Internal organization
• Responsible to process and maintain customer requests via emails and phone calls in SAP CRM System.
• Responsible to create and maintain quotations/sales orders/service cases in SAP CRM system.
• Responsible for managing customer escalations by working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Required to use existing procedures to problem-solve customer escalations and follow up.
• Required to maintain excellent communication and a positive manner in interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Required to adhere to business, operation procedures, and financial policy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of product or service.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Additional language skills for multiple region support.
• SAP/CRM/Supply chain process knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent working experience.
• Master's degree is a plus.
