Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex software, API integration, and user authentication issues reported by French-speaking clients via ticketing systems and video calls.
• Configuration Guidance: Guide clients step-by-step through platform setup, workflow automation rules, and account configuration.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and update internal knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for the French-speaking market.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams to report software bugs, feature requests, and recurring user friction points.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level fluency in French, paired with professional English (B1/B2 standard) for technical documentation and internal team meetings.
• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated background or strong personal interest in IT, SaaS platforms, web applications, or basic API troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the patience and persistence to investigate tricky technical errors and provide clear, reassuring solutions.

Requirements

• Base Remuneration: €24,000 to €28,000 gross annual base salary, commensurate with experience.
