• Provide world-class support to French-speaking users of wearable fitness technology and wellness ecosystem devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Fitbit hardware, mobile application synchronization, and fitness tracking software.
• Educate customers on health features, personalized wellness insights, and fitness goal tracking to enhance their user experience.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure continuous product improvement within the wellness sector.
• Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on the latest fitness and wellness industry trends and software updates.
• Contribute to the positive brand reputation of our client by acting as a brand ambassador for their health-focused technology.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to effectively interact with our global team.
• A genuine passion for the fitness, health, and wellness industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical aptitude for consumer electronics.
• A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle inquiries with patience and clarity.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
