Role Description

We are currently scouting for talented individuals to join our team as Dutch Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts. • Provide world-class customer support via chat, email, and phone for a leading streaming platform.
• Assist users with technical troubleshooting regarding streaming quality, connectivity, and playback issues.
• Manage account inquiries, including billing, subscription tiers, and content accessibility concerns.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels by delivering empathetic and solution-oriented communication in Dutch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report recurring technical trends and improve the overall streaming user journey.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to guide subscribers through the platform's features and latest content releases.
• Adhere to security and privacy guidelines to protect user data within the streaming ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Proficient in English (working language).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A deep passion for the streaming industry and digital media.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Previous experience in high-volume customer service or support roles is preferred.
