Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Dutch-speaking iRobot Support Specialist to work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria. This position is perfect for Dutch speakers who are passionate about customer service and technology, providing support to iRobot customers while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

As an iRobot Support Specialist with Dutch and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries related to iRobot products and technical support information
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Qualifications

• Speak a C1 level of Dutch
• High level of English
• Be in possession of an EU passport or Bulgarian work permit

• Work from Anywhere only in Bulgaria
