We are currently recruiting for the Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for a Tech Leader position in Greece. • Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex telecommunications services and equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our advanced CRM systems.

• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving telecommunications industry trends and service protocols.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• A passion for telecommunications technology and excellent digital literacy.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills in a professional business context.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a distinct advantage for these Dutch-speaking jobs.
