We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent For Automotive Company position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to clients within the automotive industry, ensuring brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manage inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, service scheduling, and general automotive product information via phone, email, and chat.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, maintaining the premium standards of the automotive brand.
• Troubleshoot technical queries related to vehicle infotainment systems and connected services.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve complex automotive service cases effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive market trends and vehicle specifications to provide expert-level advice.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong command of the English language for corporate communication.
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical automotive concepts.
• Previous experience in customer service or a high-paced call center environment is preferred.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Greece to fulfill this exciting position.
