Role Description

Are you ready to blend your strong communication abilities with a passion for digital finance and online security? We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-minded Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to represent a world-class financial technology and payment processing platform.

Acting as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, you will handle inquiries related to safe transactions, account navigation, dispute processing, and platform tools—delivering an elite customer service experience at every point of contact.

Important Note: This role is 100% remote strictly within Portugal. Candidates must currently live in the country and hold active legal work entitlement, a local tax number (NIF), and social security registration (NISS).

Main Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Efficiently process and resolve inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live messaging channels from Dutch users with accuracy and speed.
• Tech Troubleshooting: Walk account holders through digital security protocols, transaction records, and general platform functionalities.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately document, track, and update customer requests and case statuses within our internal CRM software.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate effectively with fraud risk teams and technical operations to address complex customer issues swiftly.
• Brand Standards: Maintain an exceptional level of professional courtesy and clear communication aligned with a leading financial technology brand.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken) together with B2 working proficiency in English.
• Legal Status: Valid local residency in Portugal backed by active NIF, NISS, and complete work eligibility.
• Home Setup: A dedicated home working space with a fast and reliable internet connection.
• Desired Experience: Background in customer care, financial support desks, or e-commerce (fintech exposure is a plus).
• Core Competencies: Genuine empathy, sharp active listening, skill in handling multiple software tools simultaneously, strong detail orientation, and sound emotional intelligence.

Benefits

• Salary: €1,100 gross/month base + €80 gross/month attendance bonus + €7.63 net/day meal allowance.
• Schedule: Fixed Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (No shift rotation, weekends completely free).
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per worked day (issued on a dedicated meal voucher card).
