[Hiring] Customer Service Representative @Atlean World

Role Description

First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our client’s customers’ needs aiming to provide an excellent service.

• Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries.
• Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system configurations, and network settings.
• Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
• Promoting products or services and guiding customers toward the right solution.
• Keeping accurate records of leads, opportunities and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian, good English.
• Persuasive, confident communication style.
• Resilience and a target-driven mindset.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with performance-based incentives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean criminal record.
• B2+ English level.
• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã).

Requirements

• Full Remote.
• Working Schedule: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break.
• Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Monday to Sunday – 7am to 9 pm (365 days per year).
• Days Off: 2 Days Rotational.
