Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English.
• A strong passion for the luxury goods industry and commitment to premium brand representation.
• Proven customer service experience, ideally within the retail or luxury sector.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple platforms to support customers effectively.
