We are currently seeking motivated professionals for the Czech Speaking Customer Experts for Mercedes-Benz position in Greece. In this prestigious role, you will act as a brand ambassador for one of the most iconic names in the automotive industry, providing elite support to a global client base while enjoying the benefits of remote work from the beautiful Mediterranean landscape.

• Deliver high-quality assistance to Mercedes-Benz customers, maintaining the premium standards of the automotive industry.
• Manage inquiries regarding vehicle technical specifications, service appointments, and luxury brand loyalty programs.
• Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues through professional communication in Czech.
• Maintain detailed customer records in our automotive database to track service history and preferences.
• Provide insightful feedback to the management team regarding customer sentiment and emerging automotive trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless post-purchase ownership experience for our clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Mercedes-Benz drivers, fostering long-term brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to premium customer service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Czech and English.
• Ability to navigate complex technical systems with ease and accuracy.
• Residency within Greece or a commitment to relocate to Greece for this opportunity.
