Role Description

We are looking for a Czech & English-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service team in Greece. You will provide professional customer support in Czech and English, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Czech
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Requirements

• Availability to work rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00, Monday–Sunday
• Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens at least 7 days before the starting date to complete hiring documentation

Important Work-from-Home Information

• Candidates relocating from abroad are generally required to work on-site for the first 3 months. An exception may apply to candidates who already have accommodation in Greece and a confirmed stable internet connection.
• After the required on-site/training period, eligible employees may transition to remote work from within Greece.
• Candidates already based in Greece may be assessed individually regarding work-from-home possibilities.
