[Hiring] CX Member Implementation & Success Advisor @Better Impact

Role Description

This role sits at the intersection of software implementation, training, customer success, and volunteer engagement, with a primary focus on Better Impact members across Australia and New Zealand.

• Guide new members through implementing Better Impact software.
• Help members understand how to configure and use the platform effectively.
• Lead training sessions and answer questions.
• Assist existing members in identifying goals and challenges.
• Spot opportunities for additional training and support.
• Comfortable learning software deeply and explaining it clearly.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in volunteer management, volunteer engagement, or a closely related field.
• Experience training, teaching, onboarding, or advising customers or stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to explain processes and technology clearly.
• Consultative mindset, comfortable asking questions and recommending solutions.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Confidence working with data and operational metrics.
• Comfort learning and working across software systems.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Australia.

Requirements

• Previous experience implementing or onboarding customers onto SaaS or other software (nice to have).
• Experience working for a software or technology company (nice to have).
• Experience supporting organisations through process or technology change (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Better Impact or other volunteer management software (nice to have).

Benefits

• Salary: A$80,000 per year, plus superannuation.
