Role Description

As a Customer Support Technician, you will analyze technical challenges, resolve system issues, and help to ensure seamless operational continuity across critical environments. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Problem Resolution
  • Deliver technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat to resolve complex software and hardware issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot the Flex Computer Aided Dispatch solution across Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Assist with network diagnostics and connectivity, escalating complex technical challenges to specialized engineering teams.
• Customer Collaboration & Support
  • Create knowledge base documentation for common technical issues to assist in building internal resources.
  • Oversee issue tracking to help to ensure rapid resolution and deliver high user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL framework familiarity.
• Experience with cloud platforms, remote support tools, or scripting languages.
• Experience with AI-enhanced productivity tools.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
