[Hiring] Customer Support Specialist @Powerprozesse

Role Description

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our fully remote team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — German-speaking property management companies using our software. If you're tech-savvy, empathetic, and get satisfaction from actually solving problems rather than just forwarding tickets, this role is for you. 🇩🇪 German fluency is a hard requirement for this role.

• Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email and WhatsApp — reliably and with a personal touch
• Troubleshoot issues in our software and guide customers to solutions
• Document recurring issues and help build out our internal knowledge base
• Join screen-sharing sessions with customers when a problem needs hands-on attention
• Coordinate with our development team to escalate and resolve bugs or product issues
• Help new customers get started and feel comfortable with the product

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German — written and spoken (essential)
• Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS, IT or helpdesk environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly — you don't need a manual for every tool
• Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple open cases at once
• You work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks

Requirements

• Native or fluent German — written and spoken (hard requirement)
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS, IT or helpdesk environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up new software quickly — you don't need a manual for every tool
• Technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills — you find solutions, not just workarounds
• You work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks
• Comfortable working under performance pressure
• Quick on the uptake and a disciplined approach to your work
