[Hiring] Customer Support Specialist @CBT

Role Description

Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Support Specialist, where your role goes beyond standard support—you'll be assisting patients and healthcare professionals with vital solutions and guidance.

As part of our dynamic customer support team, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2), with support in English (C1) when required.
• Handle inquiries, user doubts, and service requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy, clarity, and precision.
• Guide users through troubleshooting and general usage while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Work in close collaboration with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts – Monday to Sunday, 7 am – 10 pm
• 2 days off weekly (rotative, provided 1 month in advance)
• Night shift premium – at least +25% hourly rate (in line with Portuguese labor law)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (14 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day (~€167.86/month)
• Welcome Bonus: €1500 will be paid in 12 months

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C2) – essential.
• Advanced English (C1) – for internal communication and training.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in rotative shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Prior experience in customer service or support is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training is provided!
