CoFee is an innovative fee collection platform designed to simplify and streamline the payment process for educational institutions and organizations. Our mission is to help our clients reduce administrative burdens and deliver an efficient, user-friendly fee management experience. As we expand, we're looking for passionate individuals who can help us build meaningful relationships with our growing customer base.

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive who embodies empathy, excellent communication, and a strong desire to help customers succeed. Whether you are a recent graduate or new to this field, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in customer relationship management while working with a fast-growing tech product.

What you will do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and product guidance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
• Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
• Provide proactive support to drive customer success and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English & Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Hindi
• Open to entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn
• Empathetic and clear communicator with good listening skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Basic tech proficiency and eagerness to learn new tools
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers welcome)
• High levels of empathy, patience, and customer focus
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic office tools (MS Office / Google Workspace)
