Role Description

• Customer support via phone and email:
• Managing standard customer requests, including making reservations, entering changes, modifications, and cancellations.
• Providing information regarding hotel policies, rate rules, and available services.
• Assisting users with navigating the website and mobile app.
• Handling payment issues and basic refunds.
• Providing administrative support to the corporate sales department.
• Assisting customers in choosing optimal accommodation options, room types, and promotions.
• Handling membership matters (registration, profile updates, explaining benefits and membership levels).
• Receiving, documenting, and categorizing complaint reports and providing initial guidance.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of German (written and spoken, C1 level).
• Very good command of English (spoken, B2 level).
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to conduct conversations with customers, show empathy, and practice active listening.
• Assertiveness in customer service interactions.
• Availability to work during project operating hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
