[Hiring] Customer Success Solution Architect @HiBob

Role Description

HiBob is seeking an experienced Payroll Solution Architect (Payroll CSA) to join our Customer Success Solutions Architect team. In this pivotal role, you’ll develop a deep expertise in HiBob’s UK Payroll module, serving as a bridge between customer needs, product vision, and scalable business outcomes.

• Be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to both clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and R&D to ensure the UK Payroll roadmap addresses real customer challenges, drives adoption, and delivers long-term value.
• Engage proactively and consultatively to help clients unlock the full potential of UKP, mitigate risk, and ensure organisational agility.
• Lead client conversations on UKP best practices, scenario planning, process optimisation, and headcount management.
• Champion the Voice of the Customer and shape product direction.
• Partner with champions across HiBob to make UKP a true strategic lever for clients’ success.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of UK Payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
• Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Implementation Manager, or Payroll Systems Consultant.
• Proven experience configuring or implementing payroll platforms in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and regulatory challenges.
• Comfortable working across departments and engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Clear communicator, capable of delivering guidance and support with empathy and precision.
• A passion for delivering success - a client-focused team player who thrives on solving challenges.
• A self-starter attitude - resourceful, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
• Fluent in English - written and spoken.
• CIPP qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Requirements

• Experience supporting a payroll bureau or managing multiple client payrolls (Bonus).
• Familiarity with HRIS or finance system integrations (Bonus).
• Experience influencing product development and participating in roadmap planning (Bonus).
• Background in SaaS platforms, especially those supporting HR, payroll, or finance teams (Bonus).
• Exposure to payroll automation, analytics, or multi-country payroll processes (Bonus).
• Practical knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks impacting payroll (Bonus).
