[Hiring] Customer Success Consultant @ZF Group

Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant to join our team in Delfgauw. In this role, you will help customers maximize the value of our products and services by acting as a trusted partner and key link between our customers and our organization. You will focus on building strong, long-term relationships, proactively engaging with customers to understand their goals, needs, and challenges. By providing guidance, support, and strategic insights, you will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while ensuring customers achieve successful outcomes and realize the full potential of our solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of customers.
• Gather feedback from customers and communicate that to the product team to inform future product enhancements.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers as needed. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
• Assist new customers with the onboarding process, helping them get set up and familiarizing themselves with the product or service.
• Provide training and educational resources to customers to help them optimize their use of the product or service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience within the transport logistics industry.
• Background in vehicle telematics or comparable SaaS solutions, with basic technical knowledge of software and hardware systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, combined with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Native Dutch speaker with a good command of English.
