Role Description

We are seeking professional, client-focused individuals to join our remote team as Premium Client Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients as they explore vacation options, make planning decisions, and prepare for upcoming travel.

You will help create a smooth and well-organized experience by:

• Researching quality options
• Coordinating requested services
• Maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process

Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to provide thoughtful and personalized client support
• Comfortable researching and evaluating multiple vacation options
• Able to manage several client requests, follow-ups, and deadlines
• Willingness to learn digital platforms, supplier systems, and new processes

• Adaptable and solution-focused when client needs or arrangements change
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Basic computer proficiency and dependable internet access
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the US, UK, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region

Requirements

• Build rapport with clients and gather details about their preferred destinations, dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
• Research and evaluate resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other premium vacation experiences through approved resources.
• Help coordinate selected services and keep confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information accurate and organized.
• Deliver responsive client care by sharing updates, answering routine questions, following up on pending items, and assisting with standard adjustments or requests.
• Monitor important deadlines, review booking information for accuracy, maintain current client records, and continue expanding your knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
