[Hiring] Customer Service Specialist @Integrated Dermatology

Role Description

• Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day
• Take payments
• Update demographics
• Provide claim status
• Explain copays/deductibles
• Meet productivity & KPI metrics

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication
• Phone etiquette
• Problem solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Self-Managed
• Keen attention to detail
• Healthcare experience
• Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs

Requirements

• Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry (Required)
• Ability to interpret/explain an EOB
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
