Client Support & Travel Assistance

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients who are planning travel
• Help research and coordinate travel options such as:
  • cruises
  • vacation packages
  • tours
  • hotel stays
• Answer client questions and provide helpful travel-related information
• Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings
• Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
• Provide assistance to clients both before and after their travel

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• The ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfort using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools
