[Hiring] Customer Service Representative II @Medtronic

Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with Italian to join our Order Validation team. The Order Validation team acts as a link between the Order Entry team, sales representatives, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues related to orders.

• Monitoring blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing.
• Handling queries and maintaining smooth ongoing communication with internal stakeholders via Outlook or SAP CIC.
• Handling reports & performing follow-up actions for open orders at agreed frequency and accuracy.
• Close cooperation with internal & external stakeholders (Regional Offices, 3rd party Vendors, Sales, Pricing etc.).
• Working in SAP ECC/CRM CIC environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments.
• Spoken and written proficiency in English and in Italian (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in using M.S. Office – Outlook, Excel and willingness to use new applications/tools.
• Proactive and investigative mindset, as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills, ability to work under time constraints.
• Team-player, at the same time able to work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
• Willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
• Experience in using SAP (ECC, CIC) and Advanced Excel knowledge (VBA) is an advantage.

• Pay range: Poland: 77,600.00 PLN - 116,400.00 PLN.
• This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
