INFO: The Schedule for the afternoon-shift position is 12:00 pm to 21:00 pm (5 days/week) with 1 hour of break.

• Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily.
• Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable.
• Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.
• High Dutch level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English.
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and reliable professional.
• Incredibly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Decisive and organized.
• Enjoy being part of a dynamic team in a growing company.
• Must reside in Brazil.
