The Customer Preference Records Assistant maintains preference fields in an online customer system. Responsibilities include:

• Flagging unverifiable entries and providing notes for updates.
• Maintaining careful online recordkeeping and providing courteous customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to compare details accurately and navigate a browser-based system.
• Good written notes and attention to privacy are essential.

Requirements

• Ability to review assigned preference requests through a web-based queue.
• Match requests to the correct customer record using approved steps.
• Update permitted communication fields while preserving the source.
• Check that opt-out or consent statuses are not casually overwritten.
• Ask for clarification when customer wording is ambiguous.
• Flag duplicate or conflicting records for review.
• Note completed changes for relevant teams.
• Maintain a private home office or suitable environment for customer records.
