Role Description

Work from home and help the Latino community. We are hiring 10 Spanish-speaking team members to join our growing team. Remote anywhere in the United States, with a hybrid option depending on your location. You will be the person clients call for answers: you listen, understand what they need, and guide them to the right solution. No experience needed. We train you from day one.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls, emails, and messages, and resolve their questions and requests
• Understand each client's needs and recommend the right products or services
• Follow up with current and new clients to build long-term relationships
• Stay up to date on our products and services so you can give clear, accurate answers
• Support the sales process by presenting options and helping clients decide
• Document every interaction in our CRM
• Meet quality standards and team goals

Qualifications

• Live in the United States and be legally authorized to work here
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus, not required
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Calm and professional when handling complaints or difficult situations
• Organized, goal-oriented, and good at managing your time
• Computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to work
• CRM experience is a plus
