Role Description

Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Contact Center Advisor. The Contact Center Advisor is responsible for:

• Responding to all telephonic sales related consumer inquiries
• Identifying qualified prospects
• Providing rate quotes and enrolling eligible consumers telephonically
• Upselling and/or cross-selling products
• Providing guidance on insurance coverage
• Selling policies
• Conducting appropriate follow-up calls

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (required)
• Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire
• 1 year of prior sales experience (required)

Requirements

• Market-competitive compensation packages
• Base pay rate for Full Time employment: $17.31/HR – $28.85/HR
• Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities
