[Hiring] Client Facing Assistant @Elevate Teams

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (front-desk style, not a call center), approximately 25–50 calls per day, with quick interactions averaging 3–5 calls per hour
• Managing administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting clients and internal teams
• Handling calendars, follow-ups, inboxes, and coordination
• Working across CRMs, spreadsheets, and multiple platforms
• Keeping processes organized and running smoothly

• Communicate confidently in English

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) + Spanish or Portuguese
• 2+ years in customer service, admin, receptionist, or support roles
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRMs, multitasking)
• Reliable internet and professional home office setup
