Role Description

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing reports to match production instructions and client requirements, correcting text formatting, graphics, and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrating knowledge in Quire, Narratives, Database Utilities, Vision, Pro-Track, and multiple delivery methods after training.
• Communicating with Training for assistance on reports and seeking re-training when necessary.
• Sending emails to relevant personnel regarding discrepancies in reports or attachments.
• Performing self-checks according to quality control protocols on every report.
• Completing reports in accordance with Client Delivery Department productivity requirements.
• Prioritizing reports according to due dates and organizing workspace for efficiency.
• Maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Delivering outstanding customer service through timely responses and proactive solutions.
• Following all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• May be required to work overtime with prior authorization.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
• Proficient in operating a computer with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software.
• Aptitude to learn platforms such as Drop Box, Box, Quire, SharePoint, and internal programs.
• Ability to concentrate for long periods with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with time management and active listening skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety.
• Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service.

• The noise level in the home or company office environment is usually quiet.
