[Hiring] Call Center Support HCP @Alphanumeric Systems

Role Description

Alphanumeric is hiring a fully remote Contact Center Licensed Healthcare professional to support our long-standing pharmaceutical client of 20+ years. This is a clinical licensed healthcare professional role (non-negotiable) supporting medical product information, adverse event reporting, and product quality complaint intake.

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Provide in-depth information and specific product and/or corporate knowledge to customers.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Obtain strategic information and demonstrate broad knowledge.
• Execute assignments with a practical approach, excelling in customer understanding.
• Complete and plan work in a structured, calm manner utilizing good judgment and high integrity.
• Responsible for accuracy in delivering and communicating information.
• Learn, understand, and communicate in-depth information about products.
• Communicate appropriately with all levels of team management and co-team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Follow direction and rules.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license in good standing in one of the following: RN, RPh, PharmD, PA, or equivalent clinical degree.
• A minimum of 3 years related service and pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven technical and computer skills including standard MS Office software.
• Previous experience at a Call Center, Help Desk, or other phone-related customer service type role is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication: Ability to interact with all types of individuals.
• Adept in Microsoft Office Suite with expert-level Excel skills.
• Must be able to work W2.

Benefits

• 100% Remote (U.S.) | EST Hours M-F 8:30a-5:30p.
• Pay Rate: $35.10/hour.
