Role Description
鎌倉新書が運営する、葬儀社探しのサイト「いい葬儀」のコールセンタースタッフを募集しています。葬儀に対するお客様の疑問や不安にお答えし、ピッタリの葬儀社をご提案するお仕事です。
- 葬儀に関する相談受電
- 弊社他サービスのご案内
- お客様に対するフォローの架電
- オペレーション業務全般
Qualifications
- 既卒・第二新卒歓迎
- 学歴不問
- 学歴不問 / 経験者のみ募集
- インサイドセールスまたは対面での営業経験のある方
- PCを使った業務経験がある方（完全テレワークとなりますのでPC機器やツールの利用に支障がない方）
- 週5日シフト制で土日祝日にご勤務いただける方
- ダブルワーク不可
- 葬儀・終活に関する知識は不要です。

- 終活関連の業務経験あり
