[Hiring] Call Center Representative @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Call Center Representative (CSR). This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).

• Engage with customers via phone to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Utilize Citrix and other tools to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Participate in a comprehensive 5–7 week training program, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:45 PM EST.
• Maintain flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
• Achieve a minimum score of 80% on the CSR assessment to qualify for the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center experience.
• Ability to pass the CSR assessment with a score of at least 80%.
• Availability for the entire training period with no scheduled time off.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with Citrix or similar customer service tools.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
