Role Description

The Supervisor BPO is responsible for the daily supervision, development, and performance of customer service associates. This role ensures team members are equipped to meet client expectations, achieve operational goals, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate administrative and personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day associate activities and performance.
• Set goals and provide the tools and resources needed for success.
• Coach, develop, and support associates to achieve client and customer objectives.
• Resolve associate concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, PTO records, and attendance tracking.
• Keep the Customer Service Manager informed of critical issues and developments.
• Meet regularly with leadership to review team engagement, performance, and opportunities.
• Coordinate system access and onboarding activities with Database, IT, and Help Desk teams.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop direct reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
