Role Description

We are looking for organized, dependable individuals to join our remote team as Booking & Client Support Specialist. This role is centered on helping travelers move smoothly from their initial vacation inquiry through reservation confirmation and trip preparation.

• Assist clients by gathering important trip information.
• Research available travel services.
• Coordinate selected arrangements and keep reservation details organized.
• Support bookings involving hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, vacation packages, and other travel experiences.
• Training, supplier education, mentorship, and ongoing resources are provided to help you learn the booking process and develop your client service skills.
