As a Risk and Compliance Agent , you'll validate customer identities, detect fraudulent activity, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your role directly protects users while supporting seamless onboarding and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Risk, Compliance, Fraud Analysis, or KYC operations (3+ years if highly relevant)
• Strong knowledge of KYC processes, identity verification, and fraud detection
• Advantageous:
  • Banking or financial services background
  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency (familiarity with Binance a plus)
  • Fraud analyst background, ability to detect fake IDs/AI face attacks
  • General compliance or blockchain knowledge (not compulsory)

Requirements

• KYC & Document Review: Validate IDs, passports, licenses, and match face verifications to documents.
• Fraud Detection: Monitor for impersonation, minors' misuse, or AI face mismatches. Escalate suspicious cases.
• Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and assist in audits/reporting.
• Operational Execution: Manage onboarding within SLAs while supporting global customer coverage.
