[Hiring] CSW Compliance Coordinator @Apex Companies

Role Description

As a Stormwater Compliance Coordinator at Apex, you will:

• Review and edit stormwater compliance reports to ensure quality information for clients.
• Check reference spreadsheets to verify report information.
• Bridge the gap between client manager requests and crew execution.
• Verify assets by checking asset lists and rotating photos as needed.
• Correct questions regarding vegetation height, mowing performed, and other asset information.
• Pull non-compliant information or issues for review by management and/or estimators.
• Note any deficiencies and site-related notes on field notes spreadsheets.
• Assist with Annual Reports when needed.
• Provide field assistance and information such as asset maps or deficiency info.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and mature personality.
• Willingness to work in a home-based environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Operation of standard Microsoft Office.
• Basic typing skills with accurate spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
