Role Description

The Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Compliance and Quality Assurance departments through ongoing monitoring, documentation review, checklist administration, audit preparation, and quality control activities. This position assists with ensuring compliance with federal, state, client, and company requirements by tracking action items, maintaining compliance documentation, conducting routine reviews, and supporting quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, operations support, or related field preferred.
• Experience within financial services, collections, call center operations, or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to analyze information and identify potential compliance concerns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with multiple departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and consumer information.

Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet and secure, quiet workspace free of any and all distractions.

• Desktop & Dual Monitors - 4vCPU with minimum 1.6 GHz or faster processor. For higher video/screen share resolution and frame rate, a four-core processor or better is required.
• RAM: 8000 MB.

• Comfortable using video conferencing tools throughout each scheduled shift.
