[Hiring] Associate Director, Compliance Training @Revolution Medicines

Role Description

The Associate Director, Compliance Training will own the design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of the compliance training program supporting Revolution Medicines’ US commercial operations.

• Translate legal, regulatory and policy requirements into engaging, risk-based learning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
• Lead through influence without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end US commercial compliance training program, including annual training plan, curriculum roadmap and calendar.
• Design and develop risk-based curricula and content on various compliance topics.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging, role-specific training.
• Lead onboarding compliance training for new commercial hires and launch-readiness training for new product launches.
• Deliver live training at national and regional sales meetings and provide train-the-trainer support.
• Translate new or updated policies, SOPs, regulations, and industry guidance into timely training and communications.
• Serve as business owner/administrator for compliance content within the Learning Management System.
• Establish and report training metrics and KPIs to Compliance leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with various departments to align training with business needs.
• Manage external vendors and instructional design/eLearning agencies.
• Develop compliance communications and awareness campaigns.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the program against industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• At least 5 years in healthcare compliance, compliance training, or commercial training with a significant compliance component.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing compliance training programs.
• Strong working knowledge of US healthcare laws and industry codes.
• Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience administering training content within an LMS.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and manage multiple priorities.
• High degree of integrity and sound judgment.
• Ability to travel domestically up to approximately 10-15%.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree or professional certification.
• Experience supporting oncology or specialty pharmaceutical product launches.
• Experience at a company operating under a Corporate Integrity Agreement.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms.
• Experience with learning analytics and measuring training effectiveness.
• Working knowledge of state marketing and transparency laws.
• Experience developing video, gamified, or scenario-based interactive learning.

Base Pay Salary Range

$177,000 — $221,000 USD
