The ideal candidate is a strong writer and an organized project manager who is fluent in enterprise communications tools. • Draft social media content for executives and the organization’s corporate channels, including main post copy, captions, visual direction, and quote cards.
  • Tailor tone, format, and messaging to each channel and audience, both employees and external stakeholders.
  • Flex between writing formats and deliverables as priorities shift, from talking points to social posts to intranet content.
• Campaign strategy and planning
  • Support quarterly (4x per year) campaign planning across a wide range of communications deliverables.
  • Review the prior year’s content and recommend updates and new tactics that will resonate with employees and external audiences.

  • Support monthly executive leadership calls: update calendar holds, draft and distribute invitations and replay notes.
  • Provide event management support for leadership engagements with employees, including onsite support as needed.
• AI and quality

  • Ensure all communications meet standards for brand voice, tone, accessibility, and accuracy.
