[Hiring] VP, Strategic Technical Partnerships @The Predictive Index

Role Description

The Predictive Index is hiring a senior partnership leader to own the relationships that will define PI's next decade. Responsibilities include:

• Managing three partnership ecosystems, end to end: strategy through signed deal through live integration.
• HR technology platforms: Workday, ADP, UKG, Greenhouse, Rippling, and the next tier of HRIS, ATS, and talent platforms.
• AI platforms: Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, expanding PI's MCP and LLM platform presence.
• Productivity surfaces: Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, integrating PI into tools knowledge workers use.
• Structuring the commercial models behind each partnership and building the function over time as it scales.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading the function or owning a partnership P&L.
• Track record signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies.
• Real fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations.
• Working knowledge of today's AI ecosystem: MCP, LLM platform integrations, agent registries, developer relations.
• Executive presence to open doors at the senior-most levels of a Workday or an Anthropic.
• Patience for the long game; these deals are measured in quarters.
• HR tech or adjacent enterprise experience preferred.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Starting salary of $150,000 plus variable compensation (including bonus and equity).
