Role Description

Supermetrics helps marketers go AI-first, from insight to action. For fifteen years we showed up before the need was obvious: first to bring marketing data into Excel, first to build the Google Sheets and Looker Studio add-ons, first to connect marketing data to BigQuery. Data access is no longer the hard problem. Making AI work reliably for marketing is, and that is the opportunity we are going after next. Adoption of our new AI products has been the fastest in our history.

Every serious MarTech-, AdTech-, and Data- platform is now competing to build customer value in the agentic era of AI. While model capability is improving quickly, an AI agent is only as good as the cross-channel context it can reason over. Supermetrics provides that context: the governed, normalized marketing data and semantic layer that platforms can trust and build their own products on top of.

We already partner with many of the platforms that matter here. Some of those relationships run deep. Others are lighter than the opportunity deserves. Our Global Technology Partnerships team runs this work today and runs it well, but the team is not on the ground in the US, and a meaningful share of these platforms are headquartered in the Bay Area. Strategic conversations at this altitude happen in person, over time, with someone the partner's leadership knows and trusts. That is what this role is: senior presence on the ground, deepening the partnerships we already have and making sure we are creating real value together for the customers we share.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic business development, platform and ISV partnerships, or corporate development.
• Deep fluency in the MarTech, AdTech, and data ecosystem.
• Credibility with product and technical organizations.
• Real fluency in the agentic AI landscape.
• Executive presence that holds up.
• The ability to work as one team across time zones.
• Judgment about which partnerships matter.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic business development.
• Strong network in MarTech, AdTech, and data ecosystems.
• Ability to discuss technical strategies with C-suite executives.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Strong judgment in partnership evaluation.
