[Hiring] Vice President of Consultant Relations @Garner Health

Role Description

As a Consultant Relations VP, you’ll be embedded in the Strategic Alliances team and report directly to the Vice President of Consultant Relations. You’ll own Garner’s most strategic relationships with the largest national broker and consulting firms and set how Garner shows up with advisors.

• Own Garner’s relationships with the largest, most complex national broker and consulting firms.
• Become the trusted, go-to name for practice leaders and SMEs.
• Define and drive the business-development plan for a national portfolio.
• Consistently convert consultant relationships into closed distribution and firm-level data-licensing deals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale — Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, Operations.
• Design the data-driven approach for the whole portfolio — contracting targets, timing, and closure rates.
• Bring deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader benefits ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employee-benefits consulting / broker or channel-alliances roles with national-firm scope.
• An existing senior rolodex across the major firms.
• Data rigor at portfolio scale.
• Deep, current expertise across the major firms and the broader ecosystem.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources at scale.
• Drive national business development with minimal hand-holding.
• Influence at the executive level.
• Bring hunger and a roll-up-your-sleeves bias in a fast-moving environment.
• A desire to do work that matters with measurable outcomes.

• Compensation range: $350,000 - $430,000 (inclusive of base and bonus).
