Role Description

FenixHire is expanding its recruiting partnerships team and is looking for a Talent Partnerships Specialist to help develop relationships with organizations that need dependable hiring support. This is a relationship-driven business development opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with business leaders, understanding hiring challenges, and introducing recruiting solutions that can create long-term partnerships. The position is fully remote and offers substantial independence for professionals who are motivated by measurable results.

• Research organizations with current or anticipated hiring needs
• Connect with business owners, hiring leaders, and decision-makers
• Introduce recruiting and talent acquisition services
• Develop relationships with prospective clients through consistent outreach
• Maintain and organize an active business development pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and move qualified opportunities forward
• Work closely with recruiting professionals once a client relationship is established
• Identify new industries and markets where recruiting support may be valuable
• Maintain professional communication throughout the business development process

Qualifications

• Background in sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, account management, or a related field
• Confident verbal and written communication
• Ability to build rapport with business professionals
• Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective clients
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-directed approach to managing daily priorities
• Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in performance-based compensation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary.
