[Hiring] Strategic Partnership Manager @7-Eleven

Role Description

The Commercial Fleet team at 7-Eleven manages a diverse portfolio of fleet payment providers, channel partners, and strategic programs designed to drive commercial fuel volume across more than 8,000 retail fueling locations nationwide. The team also supports the growth of the 7FLEET Diesel Network, serving professional drivers, transportation companies, and fleet operators throughout the United States.

The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic partner relationships that contribute to the expansion and success of the Commercial Fleet programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between 7-Eleven and assigned fleet payment providers, channel partners, technology partners, and other industry stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced business environment. This individual will collaborate across multiple internal and external teams to identify growth opportunities, support partner initiatives, optimize program performance, and help drive profitable fuel volume through the Commercial Fleet Programs.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in account management, business development, sales, partnership management, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing B2B customer, partner, or vendor relationships.
• Experience working within transportation, trucking, fleet payments, fuel retail, logistics, financial services, or related industries preferred.
• Demonstrated success identifying growth opportunities and building long-term business relationships.
• Experience presenting business performance results and recommendations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

• Experience developing business recommendations based on data and market insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Must be willing to travel up to 30%.

Benefits

• Pay: $70,000.00 - $107,500.00 Annual
