[Hiring] Provider Partnership Manager @Care Access

Role Description

Care Access is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Provider Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of specialist consultants and physicians in key therapeutic areas.

• Recruit physicians who can support our clinical research studies through our Trial Access Partner program and refer patients to participate in studies.
• Identify opportunities to expand our local physician database and increase the number of practices working with us.
• Ensure high-quality customer service across the country/region.
• Play a vital role in driving study delivery and promoting Care Access.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Create a network of specialist consultants and physicians who will refer patients to studies.
• Identify opportunities for expanding the local physician database to achieve study targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with physicians, including Principal Investigators (PIs) and Sub-Investigators (Sub-Is).
• Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to healthcare professionals.

• Identify and attend conferences and exhibitions to promote Care Access.
• Propose new options and make recommendations to support business growth.
• Conduct meetings with key decision makers to drive study delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations on activities, results, and plans.
• Implement new service models to enhance clinical trial delivery.
• Comply with all regulatory and corporate operational requirements.
• Keep up to date with local and national healthcare news and competitor initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify and seize opportunities, drive business growth, and achieve targets.
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to represent a company with the research community and build long-term relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of the clinical research market and changing business environments.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a high-paced environment.
• Intermediate/Advanced IT skills including experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, life sciences, business administration) or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in leadership with a focus on delivering to targets and quality.
