[Hiring] Senior Technology Partner Director @Databricks

Role Description

As the Sr. Technology Partner Director, AI Code-gen & Apps, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, managing, and scaling our global partner ecosystem that makes Databricks the best place to build and run AI-generated applications.

• Build and own strategic partnerships with leading AI coding agents, app builders, and developer platforms.
• Create deep product integrations, joint solutions, and GTM plays that connect these ecosystems to Databricks Apps, Lakebase, and the broader Databricks platform.
• Lead strategic partnerships from opportunity identification and joint product planning through launch and scale.
• Drive enablement and field readiness to ensure both Databricks and partner teams can effectively position and deliver these joint offerings.
• Serve as the internal voice of top partners in category, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
• 3+ years working across AI code-gen, app-building, or developer tool ecosystems.
• Proven track record of launching strategic ISV integrations and joint GTM motions.
• Deep understanding and network across Developer Tool & Database ecosystem.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Grit, humility, and the ability to operate in a high-growth, founder-led environment.
