[Hiring] Senior Business Development Representative @Rasa

Role Description

We’re hiring a Senior BDR to help us drive pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of SaaS BDR/SDR experience who’s ready to level up - partnering with experienced AEs, targeting senior buyers, and learning how enterprise deals are really done.

This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll thrive here if you’ve prospected into complex orgs, and want to be part of a team that’s smart, scrappy, and collaborative, and is interested in cutting-edge AI infrastructure. You’ll sharpen your craft, gain exposure to enterprise sales strategy and executive buyers, and do it all alongside a team that’s known for top-tier coaching, support, and camaraderie. This role reports directly to the Manager of Global Business Development.

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: UK. Rasa cannot only provide work authorization for UK-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS SDR or BDR role, ideally targeting enterprise buyers.
• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have a bias towards action.
• Understand and utilize AI tools to level up your craft.
• Sincere customer empathy and genuinely care about solving others’ problems.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A positive attitude and an incredible work ethic.

Requirements

• Knowledge, experience and/or passion of open source, machine learning, and AI assistants.
• Experience successfully interacting with executives in Fortune 500 companies.
• Experience with prospecting tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn.
