[Hiring] Business Development Representative @Glopal

Role Description

Your mission is to open conversations with e-commerce brands in the UK and turn them into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

• Own your target account lists: mid-market and enterprise e-commerce brands with international ambitions (fashion, beauty, lifestyle…)
• Research each account with data (traffic by country, markets already served, tech stack) to find a relevant angle
• Run multichannel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) targeting Heads of E-commerce, International, Marketing and C-level
• Communicate Glopal's value proposition to prospective customers
• Qualify interest and hand over well-documented opportunities to AEs
• Test messaging, share what works, and help shape our outbound playbook
• Represent Glopal at industry events when relevant

What success looks like:

• Month 1: onboarded on Glopal, our ICP and tooling; first sequences live and first meetings booked
• Month 3: fully ramped, consistently delivering 10 qualified meetings per month

Your stack: HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, Lusha, Similarweb, Claap.

You'll report to the VP of Sales, with weekly 1:1s, regular call reviews and hands-on coaching, plus the autonomy to own your results.

Qualifications

• Native-level English, written and spoken
• Based in the UK or Europe
• 1-3 years in an outbound or quota-carrying sales role, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce or digital marketing
• Sharp writing: you can write a short, relevant email that gets a reply
• Comfortable picking up the phone
• Autonomous and self-driven
• Resilient, curious and coachable: you take feedback and apply it the same week
