[Hiring] Salesforce Business Analyst @Vrinda International

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 6+ years of relevant experience to gather business requirements, translate them into Salesforce functional solutions, and work closely with stakeholders, developers, administrators, QA, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into Salesforce functional requirements and user stories
• Create BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & Process Flows
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Administrators, QA, and technical teams
• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements
• Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects
• Support UAT, including test scenarios, defect analysis, and business validation
• Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business processes and objectives

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform & CRM processes
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation & stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Hands-on experience with User Stories, BRD/FRD, Process Flows, Acceptance Criteria & UAT
• Understanding of Salesforce configuration and standard functionality
• Good understanding of Salesforce Integrations & APIs
• Strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have

• Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst Certification
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence & Salesforce
• Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Workflows & Automation
• Exposure to Data Migration & Third-Party Integrations

Candidate Preference

• Strong hands-on Salesforce BA experience preferred
• Immediate / Short Notice Joiners highly preferred
• Must be comfortable working in IST timings
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills required
